Noise from the main road!!! Limited dinner options nearby!!! Tiny bathroom sink!!! Poor sound insulation between rooms!!! Excessively small towels provided for comfort!!! Lack of recreational amenities on-site!!!

i was quite surprised by the absoluteley poor hospitality, almost got used to being ignored. And of course, no hot food in the room. no late-night snacks woudl ve been nice. i expected an upgrade since i stayed for 2 nights but that didn’t happen. just can’t imagin why they think this is enough!

enjoyable cozy stay with minor drawbacks
We loved the spacious family room, which was perfect for unwinding after our travels. The thoughtful touches, like extra toiletries and a cozy atmosphere, made our stay more comfortable. The breakfast spread was impressive with a variety of options and made-to-order eggs that were delicious. Waking up to the beautiful mountain view outside our window was a delightful bonus.
However, the bathroom could have been a bit more modern in design.

It was just a nice choice for a temporary stay in Portree with fantastic value for money. The towels were small but adequate for a quick freshen-up after a long day. Bring a light blanket if the weather looks warm!

We had the Junior Suite, which was absolutely spotless and wonderfully warm with underfloor heating. The breakfast was a highlight, served buffet-style with a full cooked option and delicious haggis. The shower had great water pressure, and Jim was a fantastic host, making our short stay delightful.
No major complaints. everything was great.
